How to make a request

Use novianow.com/account-deletion to request account deletion without the mobile app. For access, correction, export, restriction, or other privacy rights, email privacy@novianow.com from the address linked to your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect other members from unauthorized disclosure.

How we respond

We aim to respond promptly and within the timeframe required by applicable law. If a request is complex, legally restricted, or affects another person, we may need more information or may be unable to fulfill every part of the request.

Automated decisions

Novia may use automated signals for safety, fraud prevention, eligibility, ranking, and matching. Where a decision has a significant effect on you, you can ask for review where applicable law gives you that right.

Rights that may apply to you

  • Request access to personal data associated with your account.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate account or profile information.
  • Request deletion of your account, subject to safety, fraud-prevention, legal, or accounting retention needs.
